The justice system in the U.S.A is one of a kind in the world.It has state and federal courts.
There are four constitutional rights applying to trials.
Fourth amendment:prohibits un wanted searches by government.
Fifth amend:protects self incrimination.

Eighth amend:prohibits cruel punishment.

If Iam the doughter of the old man in the story I will be very sad and angry because I didnt stayed with my father in his last hours .
