The justice system in the U.S.A is one of a kind in the world.It has state and federal courts.
There are four constitutional rights applying to trials.
Fourth amendment:prohibits un wanted searches by government.
Fifth amend:protects self incrimination.
Sixth amend:guarantees a speedy trial before a jury one's peers.
Eighth amend:prohibits cruel punishment.
The Government is the main action by the power of separation and sharing principles.The government has so much of its power to local governments with effort recorded to date.
Justice is the end of government,it has been obtained all over the world .Everyone wants to be protected by the government .We all want to stand hand by hand and love one another,we should stand for each other as a family.
I truely believe the government of justice are really doing their best to protect us.

Fourth of July is very amportent day for all Americans,its Independence Day.
In the United States,Independence day,commonly known as the Fourth of July,is afederal holiday commemorating adoption of the declaration of Independence in July 4,1776,declaring the independence from Kingdom of Great Britain.
This is a happy day to celebrate with your family and friends.We all have agreat time with each other while eating barbeque.We sit near the beach watching the fireworks go out with pretty colors glowing in the dark .My family and friends spend all night listening to loud noises from the fireworks.
I will never forget this day because when I have been take the test to get citizen the officer ask me what is the Fourth of July ?I answer him The Independence Day.

I chose United States of America for the best place in the world because America has so many wonderful and exciting features that you may experience in your life,and there are many reasons make America the best place.
First of all the opportunities,there are so many jobs to chose from.Many jobs will pay off some of your bills ,and some jobs will pay for the medical insurance.Financial aid its very good chance for everyone to complete the study and get career.Another opportunity the loans help you to get house or open business.
Second, there are so many different kinds of religions and cultures that are joined together in the United States.I like the freedom here there is no racism between religions.I have learnd about the cultures when I meet new friends here.
Third,there are so many schools and colleges that helps you get ready for the next step in the future.Teachers and professors have you memorize alot of information that you will need to know or will be using down the road in life .
In conclusion,I chose to write about U.S.A as my topic because I have alot of amazing experiences from the time being here .It is awonderful place to live in.
